l          同志文學、同志運動與同志政治：白天不懂夜的黑？

n          同志政治與性別/種族政治的不同：出櫃與公開以同志（性別）身分為榮

n          假如我們不認為同志文學一定要同志作家、同志運動也可以有直同志參與，那同志政治為什麼要同志參選？

l          同志需要代表嗎？誰可以代表同志？同志只能由同志可以代表？

n          公/私領域：同志可能永遠活在個人世界裡？

u        民主是一種耗時、耗力的參與過程，不見得是每一個社會成員所能贊同的生活模式

u        同志無法參與、無法在民主過程中表達意見？＝沒有政治影響力？＝被孤立的少數族群＝需要特別保障？

u        自尊赤字(deficit of self-esteem)：同志個人與社群透過政治參與彌補？

u        同志參選人或LGBTQ參選人：多元聲音如何被聽見？

n          Milk：歷史的偶然或必然？

“Milk happened to be a highly energetic, charismatic figure with a love of theatrics and nothing to lose … Using laughter, reversal, transcendence, and his insider/outsider status, Milk helped create a climate in which dialogue on issues became possible. He also provided a means to integrate the disparate voices of his various constituencies.” (Karen Foss)

n          Lamarca：一個旗幟鮮明的同志政治家

u        社會資本(social capital)

u        文化資本(cultural capital)

u        象徵性資本(symbolic capital)

u        政治/社會運動場域的行動者(agent)雖然應該透過社會與文化資本具備象徵性資本，但行動者在場域中，仍必然受到慣習(habitus)的影響，因此，沒有任何一個行動者是唯一的「神」！

n          以人權保障包裝同志人權：保障同志人權對社會整體有利？

n          十/五分之一的人口：保障名額或席次保留？

n          期待每一個同志參選人都成為Harvey Milk?

l          雙重/多重身份：想像力是我們的超能力？

n          如何想像「多元民主」？

n          Covering：美國紐約大學日裔美籍法學教授Kenji Yoshino在所著”Covering: The Hidden Assault on our Civil Rights” 一書開宗明義說： 「凡人皆有隱」(“Everyone covers.”)。人們因為社會主流文化的制約與壓力而主動或被動地隱匿、掩蓋屬於真實自我的某一部份本性或行為，甚至屈就或從流。而這種隱蓋的事實，是造成不公不義的社會歧視與殘酷迫害的源頭，卻也提供同志想像力的可能性。

l          同志參政目的在於所有LGBTQ的聲音都能被社會聽見，在政治/社會運動場域中，透過一個具有象徵性資本的行動者「發聲」並實踐行動目的，然而，行動者的出現本身不是目的，行動者在進入政治/社會運動場域，即必然受到慣習的影響，每個行動者所存立的場域在進入不同場域，也必然有不同慣習的出現。除非行動者有更大的資本能在新的場域形成一個新的慣習。

l          同志參政最理想的狀態是型塑一個具體可行、不同階段的同志政策；退而求其次，則是一個具有象徵性資本的同志參選人，「偶然地」可能實踐某些同志政策，否則，任何同志參選人的出現，最多只是增加社會對於「同志社群」的想像力，以及對於同志社群有一些「身份認同」的投射而已。
